One of the key benefits of portrait canvas photo printing is that the rough surface is extremely forgiving, allowing you to print pictures at a size that normal photo paper would not allow – quality breakdown in the picture is hidden by the rough surface, making canvas printing ideal for printing old pictures, or pictures that can not be printed any larger with traditional printing methods. Printed canvas really looks and feels like the real thing and is often difficult to tell apart from the original. We only use proper Canvas material to ensure quality artistic canvas printing. It is a great way to display works of art.

All T-shirts are dyed with reactive dyes, are 100% super carded cotton single jersey fabric and have double-ribbed collars with top-stitched necklines. The double-needle finish on sleeve and bottom hems. Shoulder-to-shoulder seam taping for improved comfort and durability. Generous cut. Knitted using top quality super carded yarns for superior fabric and feel. Softer finish of fabric provides a very good print platform. Quality yarns enhance colours and evenness of screen printing. Available in various colours and thickness.
Screen Printing
Screen printing or silk screening is a form of printing that uses a stencil process, a fine mesh screen is coated with a photo emulsion and the design or image is then superimposed or negatively transferred onto the screen creating a stencil for the ink to pass through. Ink is then squeegeed over the screen forcing it through the openings of the stencil causing the design to be transferred onto the printing surface.
Heat Transfer
The process of heat transfer starts when you print full colour on plastic like material, it then gets cut out in any form, afterwards, it is placed on a surface where it can be transferred with heat. With the process of heat transfer, the transfer sheet is pressed with 180 degrees and pressure of 1.6 bar against the surface where the transfer is done.

Light Boxes
A Flex face cover is a strong PVC material that is tensioned inside the aluminium lightbox. This material is cheaper than the Perspex face, but the printing on the Perspex is clearer than Flex face.
We print our light boxes to last in it’s environment, with faces manufactured from the highest quality materials available. Our light box printers uses the best translucent vinyls. No light box printing is too big for us. Extrusions are usually between 90mm and 150mm deep. Unfortunately we don’t cater for the electric connection between the Light box and your premises ourselves. For this service you would need an electrician who is registered by ECASA to do the electricity installation. We will supply and erect all your illuminated signs, so give us a call.
With Flex face lightbox printing the vinyl print is stretched at both ends of the lightbox and tightened using a tension mechanism. This type of lightbox printing is generally used in bigger applications as prints in normal light boxes tend to sag in the middle when the size of the box is too large.
